Our client has been providing services with a focus on Information Technology from Košice, Slovakia since 2004. They currently employ around 300 IT specialists in the metropolis of Eastern Slovakia. Their main tasks include design, development and management of software, implementation and maintenance of SAP solutions, independent testing and quality assurance of IT services within the energy sector. Client also deal with innovative solutions in the fields of e-mobility and smart home.

For our prominent customer from automotive area as a joint venture of very well known OEMs, we are looking for senior candidates to join our core team.

E-Mobility project is platform for management, operations, monitoring and integration of charging stations for electric vehicles into company operation landscape. Electric vehicles are gaining massive momentum recently and all major automotive companies are drawing their focus there.

Successful candidate will be working on growing area on state-of-art technologiy stack.

The role also includes:

• 1st / 2nd level IT Support based on IT tickets

• documentation (Information Security Management, Knowledge base, Wiki, Ticket handling)

• supporting colleagues with easy and complex issues and questions

• internal IT Projects

• Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration

• VPN and InfoSec monitoring

• productive systems monitoring and alert handling

• employee Trainings and know-how share

• technical on- and offboarding

Must-have stack:

• you have knowledge in Network technology (LAN/WAN/VLAN/WIFI/Firewalls)

• you have knowledge in (mobile) Device and Asset management

• you have experience with Microsoft Azure (Active directory)

• you have knowledge in Information security (Access and Permissions, Passwords, MFA/2FA, Encryption, VPN)

• you are familiar with Microsoft Endpoint Manager / InTune

• you have knowledge in Office 365 solutions

• you are experienced in Cloud share and collaboration solutions, especially Microsoft Sharepoint / OneDrive for Business

• you have knowledge in Mailing, Microsoft Exchange and Mail security

• you have knowledge in telephone services, iOS / Apple devices

• you speak English fluently
