SW Test Engineer

Our client is a software development company providing complex services in the corporate information technologies field.They build effective, scalable and secure solutions and provide support using the most modern technologies available. Client provides services and solutions in Mediation and System Integration for mobile operators in more than 30 countries.They have implemented telecommunication projects in Slovakia, USA, UK, Ireland, Egypt, France, Spain, Belgium, Dominican Republic, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Macedonia, Guadeloupe, Jamaica and others.

Your Tasks will be:

• Understanding of the Telco domain in either Charging, Policy or BSS environments

• Testing in a UNIX environment/Familiar with shell scripting

• Practical experience with test tools such as Testlink, JMeter and SoapUI

• Practical experience in documenting Test Cases & Test Plans

• Experience with continuous integration systems such as Jenkins

• Experience in writing Automated Test scripts

• Experience executing test cases in a customer environment

• Experience in testing interfaces such as Diameter, REST and SOAP

• Ability to work in a customer facing environment

Must have skills:

• Unix/Linux environment

• Backend languages: Java or Python or Ruby

• Shell scripting (Unix/Linux)

• Testing tools: Jmeter, SoapUI, Postman, Karate, Cucumber

• Cloud Native Technologies: Kubernetes, Containers and CI/CD

• Diameter/Jenkins/Confluence/Bitbucket
